- 1.5 tablespoons of yeast
- 1 teaspoon honey (necessary for yeast to rise)
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2.5 cups of Low Karb Keto Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Soften yeast in water and Honey, let sit for a few minutes.
Add the mix and baking soda. Knead the dough 3 minutes in a mixer
Roll into 2 1/2" circles, using a little Low Karb Keto Flour to keep it from sticking to the pin and table.
Put on a greased pizza pan, brush with olive oil.
Add pizza sauce and toppings.
I let it sit out for about an hour.
Pre heat the oven and Bake in 425-450 degree oven about 15 minutes.
