Low Karb KETO Pizza Recipe

  • 1.5 tablespoons of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon honey (necessary for yeast to rise)
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2.5 cups of Low Karb Keto Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  1. Soften yeast in water and Honey, let sit for a few minutes.

  2. Add the mix and baking soda. Knead the dough 3 minutes in a mixer

  3. Roll into 2 1/2" circles, using a little Low Karb Keto Flour to keep it from sticking to the pin and table.

  4. Put on a greased pizza pan, brush with olive oil.

  5. Add pizza sauce and toppings.

  6. I let it sit out for about an hour.

  7. Pre heat the oven and Bake in 425-450 degree oven about 15 minutes.
